Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 tsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 4 oz. can diced Ortega green chilies
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 oz. can sliced black olives
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced tomato
  • small slices green onion
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Blend taco seasoning into refried beans.
  2. Spread the seasoned refried beans on a large round platter to form the first layer.
  3. Add layers in the following order: guacamole, diced green chilies, sour cream, sliced black olives, grated Cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and sliced green onions.
  4. Optionally, place tortilla chips around the edges to resemble a sun.
