Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can jalapeno bean dip
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies or 3 bunches chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. Layer the jalapeno bean dip on a 10 1/2-inch platter.
  2. Spread the sour cream mixed with taco seasoning over the bean layer.
  3. Add chopped green chilies or chopped green onions on top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the vegetables.
  5. Add shredded Swiss cheese on top of the Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Top with chopped tomato and chopped olives.
  7. Serve with nachos or chips for dipping.
