Ingredients

  • 1 stalk celery, cleaned (cut sticks in half)
  • 4 sliced red tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. radishes, cleaned and sliced in half
  • lettuce leaves
  • 5 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cucumbers, cut into thin slices
  • 2 raw beets, sliced

Instructions
