A-Z Quick Bread

Instructions
- Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and set aside.
- Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla, and oil.
- Add the A-Z ingredients.
- Stir in all but 1/2 cup of flour.
- Add the 1/2 cup of flour to nuts, stir to coat.
- Stir nuts into the mixture and blend.
- Pour the batter into two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
