Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1-3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1-3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups A-Z ingredients

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and set aside.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla, and oil.
  3. Add the A-Z ingredients.
  4. Stir in all but 1/2 cup of flour.
  5. Add the 1/2 cup of flour to nuts, stir to coat.
  6. Stir nuts into the mixture and blend.
  7. Pour the batter into two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  8. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
