A creamy, fruity molded salad combining pineapple, lemon Jell-O, marshmallows, and Cool Whip, perfect for a refreshing dessert or side dish at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small package lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt marshmallows in milk over the stove until very hot.
  2. Be careful not to burn the mixture.
  3. Pour the hot marshmallow mixture over the dry lemon Jell-O and blend with a mixer until well combined.
  4. Add the crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, and softened cream cheese; blend all ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and let set in the refrigerator until firm.
  6. Serve as a salad or dessert.
