Ingredients

  • 1 (8-inch) flour tortilla
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. no-salt tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • 1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place tortilla on a baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Bake at 400° for 3 minutes.
  3. Turn tortilla.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edge. Sprinkle with onion, oregano and cheeses.
  5. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until golden.
  6. Cut into 4 wedges.
