Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 small can peas

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in water until fluffy.
  2. Add Lipton onion soup mix and additional water to the cooked rice.
  3. When bubbling, add drained mushrooms and drained peas.
  4. Heat all ingredients together and serve.
