Ingredients

  • 5 cm Japanese leek
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional)
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 Cashew nuts (This tastes great even without)
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely chop all of the ingredients.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together, add the ingredients from Step 1, and it is done.
