Ingredients

  • 2 c. sliced squash
  • 2 c. sliced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pkg. crumbled crackers
  • 4 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 c. water
  • salt (optional)
  • pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, steam squash and onions in butter and water, cover with a lid.
  2. When squash is done, remove skillet from heat. Crumble crackers over squash, then sprinkle cheese on top. Cover for five minutes to let steam melt cheese.
