Almond Brie Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 lb. Brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls to fit bottom of 9 or 10-inch pie pan, pressing seams closed.
  2. Roast almonds in margarine at 250° until light brown.
  3. Cut Brie and place in pie pan.
  4. Pour almonds and margarine over Brie.
  5. Cover with second package of crescent rolls.
  6. Trim edge of pie pan and decorate top with trimmings.
  7. Bake at 325° until light browned.
  8. Cool for 40 minutes before serving.
  9. Remove from pie pan to serving plate.
