Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into well-greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
