Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Brie wedge
  • 2 Tbsp. seedless red raspberry jam
  • 1 Tbsp. Chambord or other raspberry-flavored liqueur (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Slice the Brie wedge in half horizontally.
  2. Place the bottom half of the Brie on a microwave-safe serving plate.
  3. Combine the seedless red raspberry jam and Chambord (if using).
  4. Spread the jam mixture on the cheese, leaving a 1-inch margin around the edge.
  5. Top with the remaining Brie half.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and sliced almonds.
  7. Drizzle with honey.
  8. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until the cheese is just soft.
  9. Serve immediately with wafer cookies, melba rounds, or gingersnaps.
