Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 4 tablespoons diet margarine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 slices diet bread
  • 1/2 cup artificial sweetener
  • 2 packages apple snacks

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Turn on and blend for 10 seconds.
  3. Turn off the blender.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
