Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked turkey, chicken or tuna
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 c. cashew nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can pineapple, crushed
  • 6 oz. can Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Saute turkey, chicken or tuna in butter.
  2. Add in celery, onion, soup and water.
  3. Then add pineapple, nuts and noodles.
  4. Put all ingredients in buttered casserole.
  5. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
