Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Blend at low speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
