Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup blueberries or strawberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, margarine, and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pan.
  4. Let stand about 5 minutes, then add the fruit on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
