Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. light molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine eggs, pumpkin, brown sugar, molasses, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
