Ingredients

  • 1 white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 package coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) package orange gelatin
  • 3 large bananas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake as directed on the package and bake.
  2. Allow the cake to cool and chill it.
  3. Prepare the coconut cream pudding mix as directed.
  4. Prepare the orange gelatin according to package instructions and chill in ice water until thick and syrupy.
  5. Split the cake horizontally to create two layers.
  6. Place the bottom half of the cake in a pan and cover with half of the pudding.
  7. Place the top half of the cake over the pudding and spread the remaining pudding on top.
  8. Slice the bananas and spoon the thickened gelatin over them immediately.
  9. Chill the assembled cake until the gelatin is firm before serving.
