Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges

Instructions

  1. Make angel food cake according to directions.
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Drain crushed pineapple and fold it into the whipped cream.
  4. Add vanilla instant pudding to the mixture and combine well.
  5. Slice the angel food cake in half horizontally and create a tunnel in the middle.
  6. Fill the tunnel with the pineapple mixture.
  7. Spread the remaining mixture evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
  8. Garnish the top with orange slices.
