Ingredients

  • 20 marshmallows
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 16 graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Melt marshmallows and milk in a double boiler.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add drained crushed pineapple to the whipped cream.
  4. Combine the melted marshmallows with the pineapple mixture.
  5. Roll 8 graham crackers into a log shape.
  6. Place the first layer of rolled graham crackers in a dish.
  7. Pour the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  8. Cover with the remaining 8 rolled graham crackers.
  9. Refrigerate to chill before serving.
