Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 lb. chopped cooked broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can fried onion rings
  • 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Layer chicken, broccoli and soup mixture in a medium casserole dish. Top with cheese, onions and almonds.
  3. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
