A quick, sweet treat blending buttery rolls with rich butterscotch pudding, crunchy pecans, and a caramelized glaze—perfect for a cozy breakfast or an indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Lay frozen dinner rolls around the bottom of a generously greased bundt pan.
  2. Sprinkle dry pudding mix and pecans on top of rolls.
  3. Combine melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the pecans.
  4. Allow the dough to rise until it reaches the top of the pan (can let rise overnight for breakfast).
  5. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Turn onto a serving dish immediately.
