- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll the crescent rolls into a 7x5-inch rectangle.
- Arrange sliced ham and Swiss cheese slices on the dough rectangle.
- Cut the ham and cheese to fit, leaving 1/2-inch of dough all around.
- Spread mustard over the filling, then brush the rim of the dough with the beaten egg.
- Fold the dough over the filling so the 5-inch sides meet; seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the roll-ups on a cookie sheet and brush with the remaining beaten egg.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
