Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package crescent rolls
  • 14 oz. package sliced ham
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll the crescent rolls into a 7x5-inch rectangle.
  3. Arrange sliced ham and Swiss cheese slices on the dough rectangle.
  4. Cut the ham and cheese to fit, leaving 1/2-inch of dough all around.
  5. Spread mustard over the filling, then brush the rim of the dough with the beaten egg.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling so the 5-inch sides meet; seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Place the roll-ups on a cookie sheet and brush with the remaining beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
