Ingredients

  • 1 loaf prepared garlic bread
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 onion
  • shredded cheese
  • garlic
  • season salt
  • can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the prepared garlic bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook and crumble the hamburger, then season with season salt, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato paste over the garlic bread.
  5. Add cooked hamburger evenly over the sauce.
  6. Top with sliced olives, chopped tomato, sliced pepperoni, and chopped onion as desired.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the toppings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
