Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/4 to 1 jar sliced pickled jalapenos, drained

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and bell pepper and put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix with a spoon before turning on the blender.
  3. Use the chop setting on the blender for 30 to 45 seconds.
  4. Adjust the amount of jalapenos to your personal taste depending on how hot you like it.
  5. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
  6. The longer it stays in the jar, the hotter it gets.
  7. Do not store in a plastic bowl.
