Ingredients

  • 1 pint creamed corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • lump of butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
  • little vanilla
  • 2 or 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs until well combined.
  2. Add vanilla and milk to the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the rest of the ingredients in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (moderate heat) for about an hour or until set and golden.
