Instructions
- Layer shredded lettuce, frozen peas (not thawed), sliced celery, and sliced red onion in a large casserole or pan as listed, except the mayo and cheese.
- Combine mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of sugar and shredded cheeses, then spread over the top of the layered salad.
