Ingredients

  • 8 pieces bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 6 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans biscuits, quartered

Instructions

  1. Quarter the biscuits and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Coat the biscuit pieces with melted butter.
  3. Add crumbled bacon, minced green pepper, minced onion, and Parmesan cheese to the biscuit mixture and toss lightly to combine.
  4. Pat the mixture into a lightly greased Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
