- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a regular loaf pan.
- Place all ingredients in the pan and stir with a fork until well blended.
- Beat vigorously for 1 minute or more.
- Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Run a knife around the sides to loosen the bread.
- Remove from pan.
