A moist, flavorful banana bread made in one pan with ripe bananas, pecans, and a simple batter, perfect for breakfast or snacking, suitable for all banana lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3 large)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a regular loaf pan.
  3. Place all ingredients in the pan and stir with a fork until well blended.
  4. Beat vigorously for 1 minute or more.
  5. Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Run a knife around the sides to loosen the bread.
  8. Remove from pan.
