Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, parsley, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  2. Add minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt; blend well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Serve with crackers.
