- In a 5-quart crock-pot, combine potato soup, evaporated milk, thawed and drained chopped spinach, and diced bacon.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute chopped onion and oysters for 5 minutes.

- Pour the oyster mixture into the crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
