Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Add vanilla and eggs. Process oatmeal until powder-like in blender or food processor. (Measure oatmeal before processing.)
- With oatmeal, mix in flour, salt and baking powder.
- Mix all of these ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips and grated Hershey bar.
- (Add three cups chopped nuts, if desired.)
- Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
- Cookies may look undercooked.
- May microwave 20 seconds to warm.
- Makes 112 cookies.
