Instructions
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Add mushrooms and onion.
- Cook until onion is tender, then remove from skillet.
- Add meat to skillet and cook until lightly browned.
- Reserve 1/3 cup beef broth.
- Stir in remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Blend reserved broth and flour and stir into meat mixture.
- Add mushrooms and onion.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat and add sour cream if you wish.
- Spoon mixture over noodles.
