A savory, layered antipasto bread featuring salami, cheeses, ham, and roasted peppers, perfect for entertaining or a flavorful snack that appeals to all cheese and charcuterie lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lb. or 10 slices ham
  • 1/4 lb. genoa salami
  • 1/2 lb. slicing pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese
  • 1 jar Red Maraschino roasted peppers
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Lay one package of crescent rolls flat on the bottom of a pan.
  2. Layer the ingredients in the following order: ham, Swiss cheese, salami, Provolone cheese, pepperoni, American cheese, and roasted peppers.
  3. Place the second crescent roll sheet on top of the layered ingredients, flattening it slightly.
  4. Beat the eggs with a fork and drizzle over the top of the bread into the corners.
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes at 325°F until golden brown.
