- Dissolve yeast in warm water; add oil, salt, and flour.
- Knead until smooth; let rise.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Roll out each half to fit a jelly roll pan.
- Spread pizza sauce on one half of one dough piece.
- Layer ham on top of the sauce, covering half of the area.
- Add sliced yellow cheese over the ham, covering the ham evenly.
- Add mushrooms and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Cover the toppings with shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese.
- Bring the uncovered half of the dough over the ingredients and seal the edges.
- Repeat with the other half of the dough.
- Bake at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
