Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 to 5 cups flour
  • pizza sauce
  • ham
  • sliced yellow cheese
  • mushrooms
  • pepperoni
  • shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add oil, salt, and flour.
  2. Knead until smooth; let rise.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  4. Roll out each half to fit a jelly roll pan.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on one half of one dough piece.
  6. Layer ham on top of the sauce, covering half of the area.
  7. Add sliced yellow cheese over the ham, covering the ham evenly.
  8. Add mushrooms and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  9. Cover the toppings with shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bring the uncovered half of the dough over the ingredients and seal the edges.
  11. Repeat with the other half of the dough.
  12. Bake at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
