Antipasto Roll-Ups combine savory salami, cheesy mozzarella, and a creamy tuna filling, making them perfect finger foods for parties, picnics, or casual gatherings with bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. can tuna, drained
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages sliced party salami
  • 2 (6 oz.) packages sliced mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Mash together the drained tuna, chopped hard-cooked egg, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Cut each slice of mozzarella cheese into 4 pieces.
  3. Arrange a piece of cheese on each slice of salami, trimming cheese to fit.
  4. Spread about one teaspoon of the tuna mixture over the cheese.
  5. Roll up each salami piece and secure with three wooden picks.
  6. Chill before serving.
