- Mash together the drained tuna, chopped hard-cooked egg, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; set aside.
- Cut each slice of mozzarella cheese into 4 pieces.
- Arrange a piece of cheese on each slice of salami, trimming cheese to fit.
- Spread about one teaspoon of the tuna mixture over the cheese.
- Roll up each salami piece and secure with three wooden picks.
- Chill before serving.
