These savory antipasto rollups combine thinly sliced salami with a creamy tuna and egg filling, topped with cheese and olives for a flavorful, easy-to-make appetizer perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hard salami, sliced thin
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 cans drained tuna
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, chopped in 1-inch squares
  • olives (optional)
  • cocktail toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped eggs, drained tuna, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Place a heaping spoonful of the mixture on a slice of salami.
  3. Roll up the salami slice with the filling inside.
  4. Secure the roll with a cocktail toothpick.
  5. Attach a cube of cheese and an olive by poking them into the tuna/egg mixture inside the roll.
