Instructions
- Drain the beans; combine the beans, green pepper, pimiento and onion in a bowl.
- Mix together oil, vinegar, oregano, parsley and pepper.
- Pour over the vegetables and mix well.
- Marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
