Appetizer Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cubes butter
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. or 3 cubes bouillon
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, boil bouillon; add butter and salt and boil until melted.
  2. Then add flour, all at once.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in eggs very well, one at a time.
  4. Stir in cheese and almonds. Preheat oven to 450°.
  5. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. May be held after making and baked when needed. Also freezes well after baking.
