Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. regular or light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. chopped pimento
  • dash of dried rosemary, crushed
  • dash of lemon pepper
  • lettuce leaf

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine apples, chicken, mayonnaise, green pepper, pimento, rosemary, and lemon pepper.
