Ingredients

  • 1 bag cranberries
  • 5 or 6 apples
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and shake off excess water.
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Combine the cranberries and sliced apples, then place into the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the fruit in the pan.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
