Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup apples, unpared and diced
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved.
  3. Add apple juice and chill until mixture begins to thicken.
  4. Stir in diced apples, halved grapes, and chopped celery.
  5. Pour mixture into a 3-cup mold.
  6. Chill until set.
