Ingredients

  • 7 oz. vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups nuts
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons light syrup
  • 1/2 cup rum

Instructions

  1. Crush the vanilla wafers and nuts together.
  2. Add cocoa, light syrup, and rum to the crushed mixture.
  3. Make small balls about the size of walnuts from the mixture.
  4. Roll the balls in powdered sugar.
  5. Let stand, then roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
