Ingredients

  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. diced, peeled apples
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the salad oil, sugar, eggs, chopped nuts, diced peeled apples, vanilla, and cinnamon with an electric mixer.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and baking soda, and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into greased and powdered sugared pans, filling each about halfway.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 90 minutes, or until done.
