Apple Pie Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in bowl, beating until smooth. Stir in pie filling.
  2. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar and margarine in bowl, mixing until crumbly.
  4. Add pecans, mixing well.
  5. Sprinkle over batter.
  6. Bake at 350°
  7. for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
