Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 5 c. apples, sliced

Instructions

  1. If apples aren't juicy, add a little water.
  2. Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce the temperature to 375° and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Finally, bake at 350° until the pie is done.
