Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 cups diced apples
  • 2/3 cup Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • pastry for 2 (9-inch) pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Mix together the diced apples, Splenda, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Pour the apple mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle milk over the filling and dot with margarine.
  4. Cover with the top crust and seal well around the edges.
  5. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 50 minutes until golden brown.
