Ingredients

  • 19 oz. rice cereal
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 3/4 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Place rice cereal in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, butter, and syrup to a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes; remove from heat and add condensed milk.
  4. Return to heat and boil an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture over the rice cereal and mix well.
  6. Spray a mold with Pam (one time only).
  7. Fill the mold with the mixture and press in.
  8. Remove from mold to wax paper and let set for 1 hour.
  9. Seal in plastic wrap.
