- Combine gingersnap crumbs and melted margarine.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the pumpkin layer.
- Place the cups on a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating leftovers.
