Ingredients

  • 1 (21 oz.) can apple filling
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup gingersnap crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spoon apple filling into 8 to 10 custard cups.
  3. In a large bowl, beat pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Spoon the pumpkin mixture over the apple filling in the custard cups.
  5. Combine gingersnap crumbs and melted margarine.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the pumpkin layer.
  7. Place the cups on a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  10. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until set.
  11. Allow to cool before refrigerating leftovers.
