Apple Raisin Loaf

Instructions
- I use 2 cups self-rising flour instead of 2 cups of flour and the baking powder and baking soda.
- Cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy, then add lemon juice, milk, applesauce and raisins.
- Bake in well-greased loaf pan at 350° until done, about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
